THE CHALLENGE
Happy Melons was born from the believe that food connects.
When Bar & Will approached me, they already had inherited a logo and a name with the restaurant they just bought, but were looking for a brand that screamed their passion for kids and veggies. Together we started from the existing logo and tangible elements of the physical venue to redefine a brand that embraced their noble vision of bringing everybody together, under the colourful flag of veggies!

THE STORY
The concept was born from the observation that today more than ever our “super-connected society”, separates people by behaviour from a very early stages.
Already at young ages kids experience the first divisions and differences because of the meals they eat: Vegan, Vegetarian, Flexitarian, Kosher, Paleo, Halal, Gluten free… these are only some of the names that come to mind when we think to diets.
But even in their differences, there is one recurring element that makes it’s merry and colourful appearance on any table of any nationality, belief and religion…. veggies! In different colours, in different plates, in different recipes and in different sizes, veggies are the one trait that brings all seats closer to the same table, a mission that Happy Melons embraced and strives to promote in it’s maybe small, but significant surrounding.
The branding was developed to embrace this voluntary chaotic plate of colours shape and happiness, to develop a platform the speaks to parents and kids at the same time!
